Part time/ Full Time permanent positions are available with a range of shifts- mornings/evenings/weekends. As a Care Worker, you will be providing personal care and support through a variety of tasks which helps to make a true and real difference to people’s lives. You’ll be playing a key role in helping vulnerable people live independently in the comfort and security of their own homes.

Experience is not necessary as full training is provided to ensure high-quality care is being provided within the community. All applicants will undergo a full interview process and references will be required. We make sure all staff are criminal record checked and POVA checked to ensure that they are allowed to work with vulnerable adults.

We have an extensive online training program which is accredited where staff can learn topics such as: Basic Oral Care, Dementia Awareness, Mental Health Awareness.  You will also get paid for any training that you do!

All staff who do not already have a qualification in Health & Social Care will complete the Care Certificate. This is a recognised qualification that aims to equip health and social care support workers with the knowledge and skills needed to provide safe and compassionate care.

We also provide opportunities for staff members to develop their skills and to obtain a Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification with Acacia Training.

Each new member of staff will have an induction period into the company where regular shadowing and supervisions are done to ensure care is being delivered to the highest standards. We endeavour to support our workforce as much as possible, which is why we are an award winning care provider.
