We now deliver specialised home-based support for children and young people aged 0-18. Our team provides safe, personalised care in the comfort of the family home, supporting independence, development and day-to-day wellbeing.
What We Provide
Bay Care provides high-quality, regulated home-based support for children and young people aged 0-18, designed to promote independence, development and emotional wellbeing.
Our service is built around the child, the family and multi-agency partnership working, ensuring the right support at the right time, in the place they feel safest: home.
Holistic Support at Home
Our specialist children's care team supports a wide range of needs including personal care, mobility support, communication assistance, meal support, medication prompts (where permitted), routines and daily living activities, all delivered in the family home.
Paediatric-Focused Care Planning
We work closely with families, paediatricians, schools, therapy teams and local authorities to create individualised care plans that reflect the child's medical, developmental, educational and social goals.
Flexible Delivery
Support is available during:
- Morning routines
- School-day transitions
- After-school periods
- Evenings and weekends
- Overnight/waking night care
- Short breaks
Regulation, Safety & Specialist Training
Our workforce receives specialist children's training including:
- Paediatric first aid
- Children's safeguarding
- Communication and sensory approaches
- Behavioural support
- Medication awareness
- Record keeping and multi-agency working
We operate under robust CQC-aligned governance and local safeguarding frameworks.
Family-Centred Partnership

High quality staff
All staff are criminal record checked and references are obtained. Full mandatory training and specialist training is given to each staff member. This training will be refreshed on a regular basis to ensure correct practices are being used within the community.
