TDDI Services – Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury
TDDI Services
Our Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI) service allows us to provide regulated, nurse-supervised treatment and complex care at home. This supports individuals managing ongoing medical conditions, rehabilitation and long-term health needs.
What Is TDDI?
TDDI is a regulated activity under the Health and Social Care Act 2008, permitting delegated clinical interventions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
This enables people to remain safely at home while receiving treatment that goes beyond standard domiciliary care.
Our TDDI Services
Bay Care delivers a comprehensive range of nurse-supervised, clinically governed support with a strong focus on safety, stability and dignity at home.
Nurse-Led Oversight and Governance
- All TDDI packages are overseen by a Registered Nurse.
- Tasks follow NMC delegation rules and clinical risk protocols.
- Care plans incorporate clinical stabilisation, medication safety and multi-disciplinary communication.
