Bay Care is expanding its Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI) services and is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) to help shape and lead this developing clinical service.
This is a key leadership role at an exciting stage of growth. As Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical oversight, governance, and decision-making, ensuring safe, high-quality care while supporting the development of Bay Care's TDDI services.
You'll lead on clinical triage, staff competency, governance, and quality assurance, helping to build a safe, structured and compliant clinical service as it grows.
This role also offers clear pay progression linked to the expansion and complexity of TDDI activity, making it ideal for a nurse ready to step into or further develop within a strategic leadership position.
Working Pattern
- 30 hours per week
- Flexible working days (by agreement)
- Hybrid working available
- Occasional flexibility required to meet clinical needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across TDDI services
- Lead clinical triage and decision-making
- Maintain strong clinical governance and risk management processes
- Oversee staff competence, training, and clinical standards
- Ensure high-quality, safe care delivery for individuals with complex needs
- Support the safe development and expansion of clinical services
Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse (NMC Registered)
- Experience in clinical leadership or senior clinical decision-making
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance, and risk management
- Ability to work autonomously and lead clinical practice
- Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
- Strong communication skills when working with professionals, staff, and families
Desirable
- Experience in community, complex, or domiciliary care
- Experience working within regulated care services
- Knowledge of CQC TDDI requirements
- Experience assessing or signing off staff competencies and training
